[Food review] Bacon & Brews cafe at Damansara Uptown

Looking for a cafe that cook bacon creatively. How about trying Bacon & Brews cafe located in Damansara Uptown area. If you a fans of bacon 'Oink Oink' check out this cafe, you will be surprise what's coming up next.

Bacon & Brews is just right above of Sen of Thai restaurant. If you are familiar with Uptown, it is just next to Chatime. Yea, I know is hard to find a perfect parking slot, but you can try parking your car at the office tower or the new mall Starling. If you want good food, you wont mind to walk a little bit. BEST for exercise, haha :P

Personally, I am very satisfied with Bacon & Brews cafe. They gave us the best services and serve with their fresh food. The meats and bacons are freshly imported from oversea. Try it and you will know it.

Tender & juicy slow cooked chicken whole leg in their garlic herbs confit oil. Served with garlic mash potato, salad, sautéed mushroom, confit tomato and grilled asparagus.

Japanese rice infused with aromatic house specially pork lard sauce accompanied with sous vide chicken roulade, onsen tamago, top with crispy fried shallot and scallion.

Wow, good news!!! Starting on January, they are having promotion for full slab ribs. YUM~ Baby Back Ribs with two choices of glaze for the ribs - BBQ Glaze or Terriyaki Glaze. Slab ribs is best for sharing, it can serve for 2-3pax. But first, please book in advance for the ribs in case it sold out. Beside it, the ribs takes time to cook and they also anted to keep the meat fresh and only limited meat will be supply to the kitchen daily.

Overall food were amazing and delicious, love every single bite of the bacon and pork from out to in. Nice chatting with the Bacon & Brews' founder about his home cook meals. At last, thanks for having us in your cafe.
